On Jan. 27, we got up about 7AM with most of our packing behind us. As usual, I feel like I packed too much. Two new “medium” suitcases, camera case, backpack and a duffel.
The limo to the O'Hare airport was uneventful. We arrived at the gate 1:50 minutes before the scheduled takeoff. It was so much fun going thru TSA. Bill: brace, jacket, shoes, duffel. Diane: shoes, laptop, camera case, backpack, etc.TSA had Bill go keep his brace on so they used the wand on him.
It started to snow big fluffy flakes while we were waiting. The plane had to be de-iced and so we left ORD at least 20 minutes late.
We connected thru Miami and arrived in Panama City after dark. We met up with some cruise mates and set off to our hotel, the Intercontinental Miramar.
